How do I pay by credit card?
We accept payments through Paypal, which gives you plenty of easy payment options including credit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account to buy from Vector Spectre, so payment is easy and secure no matter what. Should you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact us.
Tell me about the canvas prints...
Each canvas print is made in a very limited run, usually 1-2 copies per design. The prints are hand-mounted to a custom-cut matting and placed in a hand-built frame, then signed by the artist. In this sense, every print is completely unique, and in many cases a one-of-a-kind. It's the most hands-on a digital print can be.

Our t-shirts, hats and other apparel are made by American Apparel and Alternative Apparel and printed locally in the Detroit area.
The quality of our products is extremely important. By keeping items in stock we avoid the high cost of third parties like cafepress or zazzle, so you get the high quality and fair prices you'd expect from high volume stores.
When will you ship my product?
Unless specified otherwise, products will be shipped within 24-48 hours to the address you have registered with PayPal (if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be prompted for your address during checkout). Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days via standard ground. Please contact us before placing your order if you need to expedite your shipping. We will get back to you the same day with your shipping option.
How do you ship?
Most apparel is shipped First Class through USPS (generally 1-3 business days). Original art and prints are shipped depending on the size, generally standard ground (3-10 business days)
What if I'm not happy with my product?
If a product is damaged, we will of course replace the product - simply ship it back and we will send out a new one. If you ordered the wrong size, we will replace the product as soon as your correct size is available (product must be shipped back to us first at your own expense). To be safe, make sure you check the sizing charts for t-shirts before ordering. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if we caused the damage or if the product was damaged during shipping.
Tell me about the prices...
We make a significant effort to keep our prices as low as possible. At about half the price you'd see in a modest gallery, we allow your shipping cost to be much less of a burden. We also offer frequent sale discounts and promotions to help you get great art at even more reasonable prices during this time of recession. If you order a t-shirt with any product we'll ship it along for free!
What if I live locally and don't want to pay for shipping?
If you live in the Detroit area (near Royal Oak, MI) we will be happy to arrange pickup on artwork. Tees are shipped free no matter where you live in the U.S., so no worries there. Please contact us before ordering and we will arrange payment and pickup for local orders.
What if I live outside of the United States?
We now ship t-shirts internationally for an additional shipping cost. To order artwork, please contact us first for a shipping quote.
